What to expect on the days of sale
Download this list to fill out for items you are bringing to the swap.
Fill out and bring it,
we will assign a seller number when you get your tags.
Sales floor is hard packed and not dusty even though it is in the arena. Plenty of space to move around and look at merchandise.
Saturday only from 8 am to 10 am. * Items accepted till start of sale.
Sale opens at 11 am Saturday, plenty of space to line up before sale.
Merchandise will be left overnight if not sold Saturday.
No check out on Saturday or before 2 pm on Sunday.
No Sunday merchandise check-in.
The sale floor opens at 11 am Saturday and 10 AM on Sunday.
Saturday sale ends at 4 pm and Sunday the sale ends at 1:00 pm.
Sellers check out starts Sunday at 2 pm.
15% commission on items sold. $2.00 seller number charge will be deducted from total sales.
Check for sold items will be mailed out in two(2) days after sale.
If you would like over 100 tags sent out ahead of time please e-mail us with your name, address, phone number and how many tags you want sent at: firstname.lastname@example.org
We do charge for postage when sending out, which will be deducted from your payment. Maximum number of tags per seller mailed out is 250.
Please only CLEAN equine-related merchandise, items determined unsaleable will not be displayed.
We can not allow merchandise outside building for sale or display.
We accept the credit cards with a 2% fee added to total sale.
